Matthew J. Landa
Matthew J. Landa advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on sophisticated wealth transfer, tax, and estate planning strategies. Matt is known for translating complex tax and estate planning concepts into clear, practical guidance and for designing plans that minimize income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes while advancing clients’ multigenerational and philanthropic goals through customized trusts and planning vehicles.

Paul LaMartina
Paul LaMartina serves in the Firm’s Taxation, Trusts & Estates Department, where his practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning and administration for high-net-worth clients and families with diverse structures. He regularly implements advanced transfer-tax strategies, such as defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable vehicles, and dynasty trusts, to help clients achieve tax-efficient outcomes and meet their long-term wealth preservation goals.

Irina Hoversten
Irina Hoversten’s practice is concentrated in estate planning and taxation matters, which includes advising clients on sophisticated income, estate, gift tax planning strategies, charitable giving and business succession. Irina’s clients are comprised of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals spanning from executives and business owners to entertainers and athletes. With 13 years of experience, Irina understands and can assist with planning for the unique needs of clients with children, blended families, businesses and a variety of asset classes ranging from art and car collections to large commercial and residential real estate portfolios.
