Marianne S. Martin is a Commercial and Corporate Finance partner in JMBM’s Corporate practice. Marianne’s practice focuses on private credit/alternative lending, syndicated and acquisition financing, distressed and specialty financing, real estate financing, and senior secured and subordinated financings, for both borrowers and lenders. She has a niche practice focused on helping founder-owned and private equity-backed borrowers in growth stages through syndicated and bilateral financings. Her industry specialties include business services, technology/media and entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, consumer products, industrials and financial services.

Sarah G. Hartman is a Partner in JMBM’s Litigation Group and a member of the Global Hospitality Group®. Sarah is an experienced litigator who advises and represents clients through all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal. She advises and represents clients in hospitality litigation, entertainment disputes, women’s health technology issues, and complex commercial disputes, including business litigation, contract disputes, products liability, corporate and partner disputes, unfair competition, class action defense, false advertising, and other complex financial disputes. She also has extensive experience representing clients in patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes in federal district courts and appellate courts in the United States. In addition, Sarah is dedicated to improving the lives of women through representing clients in the health technology market and the women’s health technology market, known as FemTech. Her article about the booming FemTech industry and the importance of patent and intellectual property protection was published in The Patent Lawyer magazine. Sarah was recognized as the Honoree – Rising Star of the Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing Orange County Inspirational Women Forum and Leadership Awards 2024, and named as One of the Most Influential Women in IP by World IP Review in 2024.
