On behalf of hotel and resort owners, Mark has successfully litigated the termination of many long-term, no-cut, hotel management agreements and franchise agreements, fiduciary duty issues, investor-owner disputes, TOT assessments, and more.
Marianne’s practice focuses on corporate finance with a focus on private credit/alternative lending, syndicated and acquisition financing, distressed and specialty financing, real estate financing, and senior secured and subordinated financings, for both borrowers and lenders. She has a niche practice focused on helping founder-owned and private equity-backed borrowers in growth stages through syndicated and bilateral financings. Her industry specialties include business services, technology/media and entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, consumer products, industrials and financial services.
