LOS ANGELES—Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) has announced the formation of its Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) Group, which handles cases involving trademark disputes, oppositions, cancellations, and appeals before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Comprised of seasoned Intellectual Property attorneys with a combined 40 years of experience in TTAB proceedings, JMBM’s TTAB Group has a proven track record of success representing clients throughout the dispute resolution process. JMBM partners Rod Berman and Jessica Bromall Sparkman will lead the group as Co-Chairs.
