LOS ANGELES—Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) and Anderson Real Estate are pleased to announce that they are continuing their leasing relationship at 1900 Avenue of the Stars in Century City. JMBM has been a tenant of the building since 2002.
The 15-year lease extension for over 70,000 square feet represents JMBM and Anderson Real Estate’s commitment to the future. Anderson is planning significant upgrades to the building and adjacent grounds, which was a major factor in JMBM’s decision to remain in the building.
JMBM Managing Partner, Bruce Jeffer said, “We love the location, and Anderson’s commitment to upgrading the facilities will make this a great home for our lawyers and staff for a long time to come.” JMBM, which also has offices in San Francisco and Orange County, will begin significant interior renovations this year, including a new, state-of-the art employee lounge, gym, and upgraded facilities for hosting clients and guests.
