LOS ANGELES—Benjamin M. Reznik, Chair of the Government, Land Use, Environment & Energy Department at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, was named one of the Daily Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers in California. This is the second time Reznik has been included in the list of Top 100 Lawyers, which honors the most powerful lawyers in the state each year.
The Daily Journal’s profile of Reznik highlights his representation of the Beverlywood Homes Association in opposition of a proposed high-rise office project; The Parking Spot’s opposition to the EIR and traffic report performed by the Los Angeles Airport; and the entitlement of the Beverly Hills Media Center, an iconic new structure focused on the entertainment and media world.
“Ben certainly deserves recognition as one of the top lawyers in California,” said Bruce Jeffer, Managing Partner of Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP. “His tenacity and legal acumen are second only to his ability to deliver results to our clients.”
Reznik’s practice emphasizes real estate development entitlements, zoning and environment issues, including frequent appearances before city planning commissions, city councils and other governmental boards and agencies on behalf of real estate development firms and various industries.
“I am honored to be included in a list of such accomplished lawyers,” said Reznik. “I am also very grateful to my many clients who have provided me with such challenging and interesting work over the years.”
