El Monte RV Purchased by Tourism Holdings Ltd.

IRVINE, Calif. – El Monte RV, a Santa Fe Springs-based recreational vehicle rental company, has been purchased from its shareholders by Tourism Holdings Ltd. for cash and stock totaling $65 million. El Monte rents RVs from locations throughout the United States.

Corporate and tax lawyers at the California law firm Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell (JMBM) – including Jay Thompson, Eric Bardwell, Jamie Ogden and Dan Carper – represented El Monte RV in the sale.

JMBM’s Jay Thompson, the lead lawyer for the seller, said the transaction was completed in a matter of weeks, closing on January 6, 2017.
