Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is pleased to have represented its San Francisco-based client, EVD, Inc. (dba Evolve Discovery) in its sale to UBIC, Inc. (Nasdaq: UBIC).
JMBM partner L. Randolph (Randy) Harris led the deal team, which also included Matthew (Matt) Kenefick , all of whom are resident in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Ltd., and for a European bank, the establishment of a line of credit facility and sale of assets at the end of the lease to the lessee.
