M&A Advisor selects Michael Steuch as winner of 40 Under 40 Award

May 2012 — Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell’s Michael Steuch has been selected as a winner of the Annual “40 Under 40” M&A Advisor Recognition Awards – Western Region. The award recognizes the emerging leaders of the M&A, financing and turnaround industries. Winners and finalists have been chosen for their accomplishments and expertise from a pool of prominent nominees by an independent judging panel of distinguished business leaders.

Mike Steuch is a business lawyer whose practice emphasizes M&A and Equity/Debt financing transactions. Recognized as a “Rising Star” by Los Angeles Magazine from 2006-2012, Mike has extensive experience counseling a wide variety of business enterprises from their early growth stages and incremental financings through their eventual sale.

Mike has represented both buyers and sellers in closing M&A transactions in a number of different business sectors, including clean tech, digital media, software, healthcare, food processing/distribution, financial services, security, consumer products and business services. He works on all aspects of mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, advising private equity firms, strategic acquirers and entrepreneurs on structuring deals to protect their interests. He also represents companies in a variety of equity and debt financings, including sales of preferred stock and convertible debt.

A 1998 graduate of the UCLA School of Law, Mike has spent his entire career at JMBM and is an active participant in the Los Angeles chapter of ACG (Association for Corporate Growth) and other local professional organizations.

On Thursday, May 31, The M&A Advisor will host a black tie Awards Gala at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles, California, to introduce the 40 UNDER 40 Award Winners and Finalists to the business community and celebrate their achievements.
