LOS ANGELES – November 14, 2025 – Jeffer Mangles Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) announced today that Nicolas Molina Jr. has joined the Firm’s Litigation Department as Of Counsel. His practice not only focuses on complex litigation matters, but also white collar criminal defense, government enforcement actions, internal investigations, and cybersecurity and data privacy matters.
Nicolas represents clients in all phases of litigation, including motion practice, trials, appeals, and presentations before government agencies. He regularly advises major corporations in class actions, regulatory enforcement matters, internal investigations, and cybersecurity incidents, and he has successfully represented a wide array of clients across diverse industries in both federal and state courts, as well as international arbitration tribunals and mediations.

Nicolas has extensive experience with matters involving breach of contract, securities, trade secrets, real estate, intellectual property, antitrust, defamation, and various business disputes. He has led teams in discovery and fact development projects, interfaced regularly with clients and government regulators, and independently taken and defended depositions, including assisting in trials.
Prior to joining JMBM, Nicolas practiced at leading national law firms in New York City and Los Angeles. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from UCLA. Nicolas is admitted to practice in California, New York, and before numerous federal courts.
