July 30, 2025 – Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell (JMBM) recently represented Hanmar, LLC, a metal fabrications business, in its sale to Alpha Metalcraft Group (“AMG”), a portfolio company of Industrial Growth Partners (“IGP”). Hanmar produces precision components and assemblies for aerospace, defense, general industrial and commercial customers, by utilizing hot and cold spin forming, deep draw metal forming and CNC machining techniques.
The JMBM team was led by partner Jay Thompson and included Vanessa Han, Liza Kirillova, Travis Gemoets, Brianna Frazier Earley, Jamie Ogden, Alex Palabrica, Trevor Countryman, Nathan Shaw, Neill Brower, and Noah Soofer, with additional assistance from William Capps and Carolyn Meyers.
