Marta Fernandez Recognized as a 2024 Woman of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Journal

LOS ANGELES—Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is pleased to announce that Marta M. Fernandez, Chair of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Department, has been included in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Women of Influence: Attorneys” list. The women on this list have been honored for their legal skill, accomplishments, and leadership abilities as well as for their contributions to the Los Angeles community.

With more than 30 years of experience advising management clients in labor and employment law, Fernandez specializes in management-labor relations, collective bargaining and representation in all aspects of traditional labor law, as well as defending employers in litigation including class actions in wage and hour, whistleblower, glass-ceiling and discrimination. Fernandez is the head of JMBM’s Labor & Employment Department, and her clients include multi-national corporations in health care, hospitality, financial services, retail, and other service industries.
