With more than 30 years of experience advising management clients in labor and employment law, Fernandez specializes in management-labor relations, collective bargaining and representation in all aspects of traditional labor law, as well as defending employers in litigation including class actions in wage and hour, whistleblower, glass-ceiling and discrimination. Fernandez is the head of JMBM’s Labor & Employment Department, and her clients include multi-national corporations in health care, hospitality, financial services, retail, and other service industries.
