Sarah G. Hartman Recognized as One of the Most Influential Women in IP by WIPR

Hartman, Partner in JMBM’s Litigation Group, has been included in the World IP Review’s 50 Most Influential Women in IP 2024. This recognition is part of World IP Review (WIPR) Diversity’s Top 100 list, which recognizes and celebrates those who drive positive change in the IP community. WIPR received over 400 nominations globally for this recognition.

Sarah Hartman advises and represents clients through all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal. She represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial and intellectual property disputes, including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes , as well as business litigation, hospitality litigation, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, corporate and partner disputes, entertainment disputes, unfair competition, class action defense, and false advertising.

In addition, Sarah is dedicated to improving the lives of women through representing clients in the health technology market and the women’s health technology market, known as FemTech. Her recent article on the booming FemTech industry and the importance of patent protection to the advancement of the industry was published in The Patent Lawyer magazine.
