Sarah Hartman Receives Award as Rising Star Honoree at the LA Times B2B 2024 Orange County Inspirational Women Forum & Leadership Awards

Hartman has been selected as the Honoree in the Rising Star category of the Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing Orange County Inspirational Women Forum and Leadership Awards. These awards recognize accomplished female leaders from corporations and non-profit organizations throughout Orange County who have achieved remarkable success and accomplishments during the last 24 months. Out of 175 remarkable women nominated, only one Honoree was selected in each of nine categories.

Sarah G. Hartman is a Partner in JMBM’s Litigation Group. Sarah advises and represents clients through all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including business litigation, hospitality litigation, contract disputes, products liability, corporate and partner disputes, entertainment disputes, unfair competition, employment litigation, class action defense, false advertising, and other complex financial disputes. She also has extensive experience representing clients in patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes in federal district courts and appellate courts in the United States.

In addition, Sarah is dedicated to improving the lives of women through representing clients in the health technology market and the women’s health technology market, known as FemTech. She published an article on the booming FemTech industry and the importance of patent protection in The Patent Lawyer magazine.
