Marianne Martin Recognized as a Legal Visionary by the Los Angeles Times and Nominated as a Woman to Watch by the Los Angeles Business Journal

Martin has been recognized as a Legal Visionary by the Los Angeles Times in the June 2022 Business of Law magazine. The attorneys included on this list were chosen based on their average success rate, settlements and verdicts won in the last three years, leadership positions within the firm and community, board affiliations and recognitions.

Marianne has also been included as a nominee for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 Women’s Leadership Awards in the “Woman to Watch” category. The Women’s Leadership Symposium & Awards will take place on June 29, 2022 and will honor women of outstanding achievement in the business community.

Marianne’s practice includes private equity and alternative lending, distressed and specialty financing, private credit, syndicated and acquisition financing and real estate financing, and senior secured and subordinated financings, for both borrowers and lenders. Her industry specialties include technology/media and entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, consumer products, industrials and financial services.
