JMBM Partner Marianne S. Martin Profiled by the Los Angeles Times as a 2022 Banking and Finance Visionary

Martin, a Commercial Finance Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Group, has been recognized as a 2022 visionary by the Los Angeles Times in the second annual Banking and Finance magazine. Marianne’s practice includes private equity and alternative lending, distressed and specialty financing, private credit, syndicated and acquisition financing and real estate financing, and senior secured and subordinated financings, for both borrowers and lenders. Her industry specialties include technology/media and entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, consumer products, industrials and financial services.
