JMBM Represents PropStream in Sale to Stewart Information Services Corporation

Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is pleased to announce that EquiMine (dba PropStream), a leader in residential real estate data and analytics, has been acquired by Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE: STC), a global real estate services company.

“Our combination with the Stewart family will only serve to enhance our ability to stay at the forefront of providing data and analytics solutions,” said Rob Zahr, PropStream Chief Executive Officer, in a press release. “Stewart’s continued investment in new capabilities is one of the reasons why we feel Stewart is the right fit for PropStream and will enable us to continue to grow, while further strengthening our existing core competencies.”

JMBM partner Michael Steuch led the team representing PropStream in the deal, with support from Robert Braun, Nate Shaw and Vanessa Han.

“We are excited to have helped our client to achieve this excellent result,” said Steuch, the lead lawyer for the seller. “PropStream’s industry-leading technology for residential real estate investors made the company an exceptional acquisition candidate. We value the opportunity to represent successful founder-owned businesses like PropStream.”
