JMBM Represents SPLICE Agency, LLC in Acquisition by Fingerpaint

Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is pleased to announce that SPLICE Agency, LLC, a healthcare communications business based in Emeryville, California, has been acquired by Fingerpaint, a full-service health and wellness marketing firm.
