IRVINE, CA—Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is pleased to announce that Irina Rospotnyuk has joined the Firm as an Associate in its Orange County office. She joins the Firm from Snell & Wilmer, where her practice focused on tax and trusts and estates matters.
A member of JMBM’s Taxation, Trusts & Estates Department, Rospotnyuk assists individuals and businesses with all aspects of estate and tax planning, including estate and gift tax issues, property tax issues, and trust administration. She also assists clients with charitable giving and business succession matters, and works with accountants, financial planners and other service providers to ensure her clients’ goals are efficiently met.

Rospotnyuk is a member of the Orange County Estate Planning Council and the author of numerous articles in professional publications. She has been recognized by Southern California Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2017-2020).
Rospotnyuk was educated at Sacramento State University (B.A. magna cum laude), University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (J.D.), and University of San Francisco School of Law (LL.M.).
