JMBM Represents ACPT in Sale of Majority Stake to Charger Investment Partners

IRVINE – Advanced Composite Products and Technology, Inc. (ACPT), a leading developer and manufacturer of composites, has been acquired by Charger Investment Partners. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
