LOS ANGELES—Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is pleased to announce that for the second year in a row, the Los Angeles Business Journal recognized William F. Capps, Chair of JMBM’s Corporate Law Department, as one of the LA500 – a list of the 500 most influential people in the Los Angeles business community.

“We are pleased that Bill Capps continues to be recognized by the Los Angeles business community,” said Bruce Jeffer, Managing Partner of JMBM. “He is an asset to our clients and to our firm.”

Capps’ practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, international dispute resolution, corporate finance, and management of significant litigation.

“Los Angeles is a vibrant and resilient market, providing great opportunities for businesses and professionals,” said Capps. “Particularly in this time of the Covid crisis, I feel fortunate to be counsel for many dynamic business people.”

Inclusion in the LA500 is based on independent research performed by the Los Angeles Business Journal and recognizes people, companies and transactions that have an outsized impact on the Los Angeles business community.
