Irvine, Calif. – Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) is pleased to announce Orange County trusts and estates attorney Eric R. Bardwell has been promoted to Partner, effective January 1, 2018.
Bardwell’s practice focuses on all aspects of wealth transfer planning, including estate planning and charitable planning. He provides tax strategies to business owners in the sale of their businesses, and in succession planning. Certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate, Bardwell has also been recognized as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for the last four years.

He advises clients on estate and trust administration, probate administration and the preparation of gift and estate tax returns.
