Michael Gold, Co-Chair of JMBM’s Cybersecurity & Privacy Group, has been nominated as a leader in cybersecurity law. He counsels businesses with respect to data breach responses and investigations, crisis management, development of computer-based information retention systems, forensic investigations of computer systems, and computer and internet privacy matters. He also assists businesses in developing and implementing information management and governance best practices and developing policies and compliance structures for protecting personal and company information. He is the co-author of the blog, Cybersecurity Lawyer Forum.
Jeffrey Sultan has been nominated as a leader in corporate law. He represents businesses in numerous industries including oil and gas, hospitality, health care, and technology. He counsels businesses in a full range of business transactions including formation and operation issues, public and private mergers & acquisitions, purchase and sale of California properties, corporate securities including public and private offerings, venture capital transactions, and public and private real estate and energy-syndicated limited partnerships, partnership rollups and partnership dispute resolution.
