JMBM’s Irvine office named one of Orange County’s Best Workplaces

September 5, 2011 — The Irvine, California office of Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) was ranked the 4th best “Large Company” to work for by the Orange County Business Journal. JMBM’s Orange County office, which opened in 2007, was evaluated through surveys detailing employee satisfaction and management policies.

The final list of 60 companies surveyed by the Orange County Business Journal represents a wide cross-section of Orange County businesses, including professional services firms, banks, nonprofits, hospitals and government agencies. The bulk of each company’s score came from confidential surveys completed by employees, with the remaining quarter coming from employer information regarding benefits and policies.

“We know that the outstanding service and excellent results we provide to our clients are made possible through the effort and commitment of each person at the Firm," said Bruce Jeffer, JMBM’s managing partner.

Among the factors contributing to JMBM’s score are benefits such as profit-sharing, on-site fitness programs, telecommuting availability, and numerous all-employee events including annual golf and bowling nights.
